Age Verification Policy

1) Age eligibility
SnowPeakFun is intended only for users who are of legal gambling age in their province or territory. In Canada this is generally 18+ in some jurisdictions and 19+ in others. You must meet the applicable age requirement where you are located when accessing the services.
2) Age-gating and account creation
- We require date-of-birth and a confirmation that you meet the legal age requirement during registration.
- We may restrict access until age checks are completed, including when required to comply with law, licensing, or payment-provider rules.
- You must provide accurate and complete information. Misrepresentation of age is prohibited.
3) Age verification methods
To confirm eligibility, we may request or use one or more of the following:
- Government-issued photo ID and a selfie/liveness check.
- Address verification (e.g., utility/bank statement) and/or identity database checks, where available.
- Payment method verification and fraud-prevention checks.
- Location signals (such as IP-based checks) to help apply province/territory age requirements.
If we cannot verify your age promptly, we may limit or suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay until verification is completed.
4) Minors and prohibited use
- Minors must not use the site or attempt to create an account.
- Account holders must not share access with anyone under the legal gambling age.
- We encourage parents/guardians to use device-level and internet parental controls to restrict access.
5) Enforcement actions
If we believe an account is operated by, or on behalf of, a minor (or if age cannot be verified), we may:
- Restrict access, suspend, or close the account.
- Cancel promotions/bonuses and prevent further participation.
- Withhold or reverse transactions where required to comply with law, regulatory requirements, or fraud prevention.
- Return remaining funds where appropriate and lawful, after completing required checks.
