Payments, Virtual Currency & In‑App Purchases Policy
SnowPeakFun (Canada) • Last updated: 2026-03-05
Disclosure: Our games/apps may offer paid features and Includes in‑app purchases where indicated in the app store listing.
1) What you can buy
We may offer virtual currency (e.g., coins/gems), virtual items, and/or subscriptions. These are licensed digital items for use only within SnowPeakFun services and are not sold as property.
2) Pricing, taxes & billing
- Prices are shown in the checkout flow or app store before you confirm purchase and may change at any time (excluding purchases already completed).
- Applicable taxes (including GST/HST where required) may be added or included as displayed at checkout.
- On mobile, purchases are generally processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; your payment method and receipts are managed by that platform.
3) Subscriptions: renewal & cancellation
- Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel through your app store account settings (or the purchase channel used). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund prior billing periods unless required by law or granted by the platform.
- If a subscription includes benefits, access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
4) Virtual currency & virtual items terms
- Virtual currency and items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or real‑world goods, and are not refundable except as required by law or as stated below.
- They are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and may only be used within the applicable SnowPeakFun service.
- We may change, suspend, or remove virtual items/benefits to maintain service integrity (subject to applicable law).
5) Purchase limits & account security
We may apply limits on purchases, balances, or redemptions to prevent fraud or misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account; use device/app store parental controls to manage purchases by minors.
6) Refunds & chargebacks
- App store purchases: refund requests must be submitted to the relevant platform (Apple/Google), which decides eligibility under its policies.
- Direct web purchases (if available): unless required by law, purchases are generally final once delivered/credited. If you believe there is an error, contact us promptly.
- Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment reversal may result in suspension of access and/or removal of credited virtual currency/items while we investigate.
