Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using SnowPeakFun, you agree to these Terms and our other posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Eligibility (Adults Only)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service.

3) Social casino; no gambling; no prizes

Games are simulated and outcomes have no monetary value. You cannot win money, property, or anything of value. Any leaderboards, achievements, and rewards are for entertainment only.

4) Virtual currency & items

Virtual coins/credits/tokens and virtual items are licensed, not sold. They are non-transferable and non-redeemable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual currency/items at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

5) Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

6) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Do not use the service for fraud, commercial solicitation, or to bypass access restrictions.

7) Intellectual property

SnowPeakFun and all content/software (including graphics, text, and game logic) are owned by SnowPeakFun Inc. or licensors and protected by Canadian and international laws. No rights are granted except as needed to use the service under these Terms.

8) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnowPeakFun Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and associated licenses) at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, to protect the service or users, or as required by law. Sections intended to survive termination will survive.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and, where applicable, the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to any non-waivable consumer protection laws.
